Executive Producer, Roger Hodges heads up our Nashville office and brings an eighteen year career encompassing all facets of the television, film, and video industry. Beginning his career by producing sports highlight reels and religious programming, Roger soon became involved with other aspects of the industry, including media sales and acquisitions, in addition to commercial television production, direction and network negotiation.

As a consultant, Roger has worked with such companies as, ABC, NBC, PowerBase Fitness, Longevity Media, Media Capital, Neon Marketing, Shelter Records, South River Road Music, and The Hollywood Movie Classic Network, as well as many independent and major studio features and short films. Roger is highly gifted as an executive producer; he has conceived new programs and pitched/sold them to the networks, upon acceptance focused on business matters such as budgets and contracts, and at times he has been involved with the day-to-day production, participating in activities such as screenwriting, set design, casting, and even directing.

Producer /Director, LaRee Waldron is a veteran in film and video production. LaRee started her career shooting and directing 16mm documentary film on NASA and other defense projects. She was named to the "Challenger Investigation Team" and her findings of that tragedy were included in the final Scowcroft Report. LaRee has directed and produced everything from NASA Documentaries to infomercials. Her unique 25 year journey in the industry has helped her develop an artistic eye that has brought her many awards and set her apart as a top female director. As a part owner of FireFly Productions and FireFly Film & Video, LaRee’s eye, direction, attention to detail and dedication to her craft has made visual and audio magic happen for clients such as; NASA, Sears, Altec Lansing, Reebok, NordicTrack, Deseret Morning News, Rotary International, MTV Sport and many more.

Producer/ Talent, Ronda Thompson part owner of FireFly Productions and FireFly Film & Video has been a producer for 20 years. Ronda started out in theater and performance and got her degree in broadcast in the mid-west where she worked in the television industry. Ronda worked as a model and vocal entertainer for several years. She enjoys working in front of the camera or with the crew and her rich voice - over work has been heard around the world. Upon joining FireFly in 2004 as an owner and producer, Ronda has been entrenched in video production. She also produces large scale multi-day events and live multi media concerts. Ronda has an eye for detail and uses her vast experience to see all of the minutiae of production. She has worked in PR, marketing, fundraising and administration.

Chief Editor, Wendy Christensen joined the FireFly team in 1996 while she was obtaining her master degree in Instructional Technology with an emphasis in video production. Through her years at FireFly, she has become a masterful editor taking the visual elements and weaving them into spectacular promotional pieces. Before coming to FireFly, Wendy worked as a reporter and a bureau chief for Southern Idaho television and Northern Utah radio.

Graphics, Bart Chidister is a graphics and special effects master and has been with FireFly for 12 years. He also does editing, directing, producing and many other aspects of video production.

Office Manager/Staff Photographer, Joni Giles has brought her talent of still photography to FireFly in 2007 after graduating from Utah State University with a degree in fine art photography. While attending school, Joni worked as an office manager for an accounting firm in southern Utah. She now adds her organizational skills and her eye for detail to the FireFly team.
